FAQ:
1. How does the free trial work?
You'll get access to all the features in your chosen plan. You will not be billed unless you choose to continue with us after the trial period.

We are currently in beta. As such, we are not enforcing the pricing plan limits neither are we actually billing you after the 30day trial period.
Once we come out of beta we will start enforcing the limits and also start billing. You will receive plenty of notice before this happens.

2. Do I have to sign a contract?
No. You pay month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. There are no cancellation fees or other hidden fees.

3. Who sees my errors/exceptions?
No errors/exceptions from your applications are sent to errorship.com. Neither is any other data/metadata of your application sent to errorship.com.
The errorShip library does NOT send any data to errorship.com, instead it sends all the data to the datadog agent that you have configured.
At no point do we ever see the errors/exception from your applications or any other metadata(incluing source code.)
You can learn more from our Privacy & Security documentation.

4. Why a subscription? Can't I build this myself in a weekend?
There exists different pricing models for software products, a subscription model is the approach that we feel is sustainable for an actively developed product. We want this to be around for a long time.
You can probably build something similar to errorShip over a weekend; but you could also (instead) walk your dog, go to the park, read a book etc.
We do believe we are offering something valuable that is worth paying for.

5. Can I ask more questions and maybe request for some features?
